Professional mountain guide (UIAGM/IFMGA certified). He will be happy to assist you with its unique expertise and guide you in the entire Alps, from the Italian Julian Alps near the borders of Slovenia and Austria to the Western Alps in France, but also towards other horizons such as Africa or Asia.

Alberto Ieralla is a internationally certified Guide UIAGM/IFMGA is the director and founder of Outdoorlab. After graduating in economics he worked for several years in the financial world and then decided to take up work as a mountain guide for passion. During his life he has climbed all the main massifs of the Alps: Italy, Austria, Slovenia, France, Switzerland, with an outstanding technical level in rock&ice climbing and freeride descents. Alberto has been planning successful trips in all those areas for mountaineering as well as climbing or ski-touring. He lives between the Dolomites and Chamonix. Speaks Italian, English, German.


Ode Siivonen was born in Lahti, Finland in 1976 and started skiing at the age of four. Snowboards, climbing gear and many other outdoor tools have since become familiar. Outdoor sports started out as a passion, and 10 years ago this passion grew into a profession when Ode started to guide ski tours and heli-skiing in Lapland. Since then guiding work has taken him to bigger mountains in the Alps and Norway.

Ode has spent over twenty seasons in Chamonix and has lived year round in the valley since 2007. Over the past two decades, Ode has concentrated on mountain sports year round. He climbs rock, ice and alpine terrain, enjoys the mountains on both a snowboard and skis, and sometimes base jumps from the nearby cliffs.

In addition to mountaineering Ode is also an active skydiver but his favorite sports are riding powder and multi-pitch rock climbing. Ode chooses the tools and activities for a particular day based on conditions, weather and feeling.

Zoe has lived in Chamonix for over 10 years. World’s capital of adventure sports. She has been passionate about the mountains for a long time and became a high mountain guide 2007. She is more than happy to do alpine, ski touring, off piste, crevasse rescue, instruction any type, teaching she loves.  She loves family adventures too, and kids.

She speaks English and French. Has been in Chamonix valley for 15 years, teached at the ENSA, works in Marketing for Patagonia, has a local knowledge with an American Client Care and Safety approach.
