Activities at the mountains are not for the faint of heart. They require stamina, strength, balance, and intense concentration. At the mountains, it is easy to injure yourself or push your body too close to the limits. Yoga can help to prevent injuries, repair and identify deficiencies, and restore the body from demanding tasks. It does this by helping you to remain flexible yet strong; yoga maintains and improves your proprioception, balance, and concentration.

Yoga is a group of practices or disciplines that aim at harmonizing the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with the environment.
It makes the body strong, yet flexible, and improves the functioning of the bodily systems. Yoga also brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind, which, in addition to stamina, is an integral part of activities performed at the mountains.
